The Distinguished Visiting Professorial Fellowship is available through the International Ethics Research Group.
Expressions of Interest are sought from world-leading local and international scholars who have made outstanding, internationally recognised contributions in the broad area of International Ethics.
This extraordinary opportunity provides a platform for developing strong collaborative research relationships and the opportunity to be a part of UNSW Canberra’s vibrant inter-disciplinary research community.
The Distinguished Visiting Fellow will be appointed for a negotiated period of up to three months. The host for the duration of the appointment will be UNSW Canberra’s International Ethics Research Group.
The Fellowship involves being a valued member of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and includes:
engaging with research students
engaging with members of the research group and the School
participating in regular international ethics research activities
delivering one or more public lectures.
We welcome expressions of interest for up to three years in the future.
Distinguished Visiting Fellows will receive up to $8,000 in travel expenses, $450 a week for accommodation, and a $6,000 research stipend.
