Champa Bati Dutta is a doctoral student at the School of Business, UNSW Canberra. She received her Master of Economic Development and Growth jointly from the University of Warwick, UK and Lund University, Sweden. Her doctoral research focuses on the role of renewable energy in economic growth and development and is related to environmental impacts. She's also interested in meta-analysis and bibliometrics for study evaluation. Champa’s primary academic supervisors are Professor Satish Chand and Twan Huybers.

 

Champa is a young economist with experience in research. She has published in a few journals including Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. She has teaching experience in economics at Khulna University, Bangladesh, and UNSW Canberra as a tutor. Champa aspires to become a competent researcher and contribute to teaching and research.
